Chris Newman- Lead Vocals and GuitarsFronted by the phenomenal singer/songwriter/guitarist Chris Newman, the Cherry Dogs have become a sensation in Ontario's music scene. With nearly four decades of experience leading some of the province’s top bands, Chris consistently delivers captivating and unforgettable performances. His engaging and energetic presence, paired with his exceptional talent, allows him to effortlessly navigate through all your favorite tracks, from timeless 70's classics to the latest hits. Every show leaves the audience craving more of Chris's mesmerizing musical journey.

Dave O'Leary- Bass Guitar and VocalsWith a distinguished career spanning 40 years, Dave has established himself as a highly accomplished stage performer and recording artist. Early in his career, he secured a contract with a major record label as a member of the Canadian band Monkey See. This opportunity allowed him to share the stage with iconic acts such as Meatloaf and The Tragically Hip. Dave has embarked on extensive tours across Canada and the United States, leaving a lasting impact on audiences throughout North America.

Rick Mead- Guitar and VocalsSince 1987, Rick has been an integral member of the rock band Syre, touring extensively across Canada and the USA and releasing two albums, one with A&M Records. From 1992 to 1996, he toured and recorded with the renowned rock band Helix. He has recorded five albums with DDR recording artists Platinum Overdose from LA. Additionally, Rick has contributed his studio expertise to projects with My Wicked Twin and Mason. Most recently, he has been playing with Canada's number one AC/DC tribute band, Who Made Who.

Steve Thomas- Drums and VocalsSteve is an accomplished percussionist and vocalist with over 40 years experience as a professional musician (RCA/A&M recording artist). Originally from the UK, Steve started his musical journey at 11 years of age studying with local greats such as Paul Delong (Kim Mitchell) and Gary McCracken (Max Webster) before starting his own teaching practice at the age of 16.
